To install the Pro HD Winch on your Sportsman 450 or 570, follow these steps:ġ. Release the rubber latch on both sides, and open the front rack.Ģ. For more information, view the installation instructions.
Reinstall the radiator access panel by aligning the bottom tabs pressing in on the top to engage the latch. Torque the bumper mounting fasteners with a T40 TORX® socket to 17 ft-lbs (23 Nm) on each side.ġ3. Counter-hold the lower front fasteners and torque to 17 ft-lbs (23 Nm) with a T40 TORX® socket.ġ2. Do not fully tighten at this time.ĩ. With a T40 TORX® socket, install the four fasteners from the outside of the bracket to secure it to the frame.ġ0. Once the bracket is secured, use a 13mm socket and 13mm wrench to counter-hold the upper front fasteners and torque to 17 ft-lbs (23 Nm).ġ1. Align the holes, and install the two fasteners from the front side of the bumper into the support bracket a 13mm socket.Ĩ. Install the nuts on back side with a 13mm socket. Tilt the cover out and remove from the vehicle.ģ. Press down on the tab securing the radiator access panel, and remove the panel.Ĥ. Lay the bumper on its front side, and align the holes on the front of the mounting bracket with the back of the bumper.ĥ. Insert the carriage bolts through the back of the bracket and into the bumper, and loosely install the provided nuts.Ħ. Align the assembly to the front of the vehicle while sliding the bracket into the bottom mounting location.ħ. To install the front bumper on your model year 2021 and newer Sportsman 450 or 570, follow these steps:ġ. With a pliers, pull out the two push rivets securing the front trim panel.Ģ.

Warning: Always wear safety glasses and nitrile gloves when servicing your Polaris vehicle. Set the vehicle in park, set the parking brake, and remove the key. Before installing any accessories on your Polaris ATV, park the vehicle on a flat level surface.
